The unique patented design enhances heat distribution, evening color and reducing burns.
It is made from LFGB platinum food-safe silicone and is rated to 500F.
The BreadMat will reduce dark spots and encourage even baking on the bottom of your loaf, but if it still too dark after using The BreadMat, it is recommended to place a heavy baking sheet on the bottom rack of your oven to act as a heat shield to further reduce darkening and to protect your BreadMat from excessive heat.

I love love love this breadmat. I love the shorter handles and I don’t have to put a cookie sheet on the rack below to protect the bottom of the bread from burning. The bread mat ensures even cooking. Best purchase!!!!

This is the best way to lift and bake loaves of bread. I’ve used them for several years and the newer version with a reinforced edge is such a great addition. I like how thin and flexible they are. They are also remarkably strong for transferring loaves into and out of the baking receptacle.

I have chua mats for my cookies and now and beyond pleases to have these awesome bread mats for my sourdough bakes! They give such a professional finish to the bottoms of your boules and an even golden bake. Cleanup is a breeze as these wash up better then any silicon mat I have ever owned. Highly recommend!

I had been having trouble with my loaves getting too brown on the bottom using parchment paper. After seeing Mike’s bread mat used by several trusted YouTubers, I decided to buy. I am not disappointed! It makes it very easy to transfer your loaf and also definitely keeps it from getting too brown and hard on the bottom. Clean up is also a breeze. Yes, you can buy cheaper on Amazon, but I am not sure that they are food-safe like Rosehill’s. Mike also gives excellent customer service and will respond to your questions. You will not be disappointed!
