    Pandemic bread lady here! 🙋🏻‍♀️ I don’t consider myself to be a great baker (details & precision are not my thing) and yet EVERYTHING I’ve made has been fabulous! I’ve even dabbled into GF baking because 3/4 of this house had digestion issues , yet we seem to be able to tolerate these recipes. RHSD was here from Day 1 of starter to the ridiculous mayhem baking I do twice a month (at least 9 loaves). I’ve given away so many starters and everyone raves. I’ve bought two other bread books during this pandemic journey and keep coming back to the ebook. I think I’ve tried almost every recipe. The focaccia & ciabatta are faves as is the RHSD boule. The bagels, biscuits, flatbread, pizza & waffles are a-maz -ing! I always keep a bunch of discard. And love that nothing is wasted. My bread-making will continue long after the pandemic, as these recipes and bread will become treasure heirlooms in this family 😉
