The BreadMat™ is a reusable parchment paper replacement. It is shaped to fit the majority of popular baking vessels.
Strong handles make moving bread in and out of a hot oven easier and safer than using parchment.
The unique patented design enhances heat distribution, evening color and reducing burns.
It is made from LFGB platinum food-safe silicone and is rated to 500F.
The BreadMat will reduce dark spots and encourage even baking on the bottom of your loaf, but if it still too dark after using The BreadMat, it is recommended to place a heavy baking sheet on the bottom rack of your oven to act as a heat shield to further reduce darkening and to protect your BreadMat from excessive heat.

I absolutely LOVE the bread mat! I had been using a cheap silicone sling from Amazon, but this product is far superior. I’ve had mine for a few months and bake 4-6 loaves a week. There is no sign of wear at all! They’re lightweight, easy to clean, roll up neatly to store, and save so much parchment paper! They are totally worth the investment.
The only thing I’d change if I could would be to have the option to buy one with longer handles for my deeper dutch ovens. The current handle length is great if you’re baking with a bread cloche or challenger pan, but are a bit short to reach in dutch oven. Not a deal breaker by any means, though.

I am in love with TheBreadMat!! It’s a perfect fit for 4 different-sized round and oval dutch ovens that I use. I’ve baked about 4-6 loaves every weekend for the past 2 months and they are still in pristine condition. My favorite thing about TheBreadMat is the consistently perfect and crisp bread and pizza bottoms! I would highly recommend this to any baker.

I used to reuse parchment paper to avoid waste. The ripping, burning and weird crimped lines in my bread was very annoying. This is an amazing product that avoids waste and makes such a nice, clean, evenly cooked bottom!

I’ve been baking sourdough for years now, and The Bread Mat is a game changer. It distributes the heat so evenly across the bottom of my loaves that I’m getting golden crusts where I used to get slight burnt patches. It’s easy to use, store and wash. I highly recommend this for anyone baking bread. I’m so glad I chose to change it up and give this a try – I won’t go back.
