The BreadMat™ is a reusable parchment paper replacement. It is shaped to fit the majority of popular baking vessels.
Strong handles make moving bread in and out of a hot oven easier and safer than using parchment.
The unique patented design enhances heat distribution, evening color and reducing burns.
It is made from LFGB platinum food-safe silicone and is rated to 500F.
The BreadMat will reduce dark spots and encourage even baking on the bottom of your loaf, but if it still too dark after using The BreadMat, it is recommended to place a heavy baking sheet on the bottom rack of your oven to act as a heat shield to further reduce darkening and to protect your BreadMat from excessive heat.

I absolutely LOVE my bread mats! I have used parchment paper, to silicone mats. Nothing compares to the Bread mat’s performance! I bake my loaves between 485-500 degrees for the first 20 minutes, then down to 450-465. Every single loaf comes out with perfect golden brown bottoms! Thank you for creating a product that makes baking an even better experience.

Can’t say enough about these mats… I saw Mike lay them on top of the bread while it proofs in the fridge then you can turn the whole basket upside down, the dough comes out perfectly and transfer to the Dutch oven is super easy. I found my new system.

I’m loving the breadmat. I just got back into baking sourdough boules in my Dutch oven and it makes the transfer of the dough so much easier for me. I would definitely recommend it.
