The BreadMat™ is a reusable parchment paper replacement. It is shaped to fit the majority of popular baking vessels.
Strong handles make moving bread in and out of a hot oven easier and safer than using parchment.
The unique patented design enhances heat distribution, evening color and reducing burns.
It is made from LFGB platinum food-safe silicone and is rated to 500F.
The BreadMat will reduce dark spots and encourage even baking on the bottom of your loaf, but if it still too dark after using The BreadMat, it is recommended to place a heavy baking sheet on the bottom rack of your oven to act as a heat shield to further reduce darkening and to protect your BreadMat from excessive heat.
* I can not longer ship the original BreadMat Internationally because of an issue with the packaging being an envelope and not a box. I can only ship the v2, the -L, and the -C internationally from now on.

I bought the 2 pack bread mat. I no longer have to trim down parchment paper. The bottom of the bread is perfect. It’s super easy to slip in my little pieces of ice for steam and the sling fold in super easy to creat the the seal. Perfection!!

I had a bread sling off of Amazon and it did not last long before it started falling apart. The bottom of my bread was always more done than I would have liked as well. First time using this bread mat and I will never go back! It is such good quality and the bottom of my bread was perfection! Don’t hesitate. Just get it!

I just wanted to say that the bread mat has been a game changer with my loaves. The bottom crust has now become a favorite part of the loaf. I honestly didn’t know how much it would affect the outcome as much as it has. Between that at the proofing basket 👌🏻 .. I can’t go back to what I was using.
My only regret is that I didn’t order more. 😆

All I can say is this product is absolutely amazing and has eliminated my need for multiple layers of parchment paper. I’ve tried other bread slings/mats and returned them, but these worked like a charm for both my 5 qt Lodge cast iron double dutch oven and my DASH oval 6 qt cast iron double Dutch oven. Phenomenal product!!
