Strong handles make moving bread in and out of a hot oven easier and safer than using parchment.
The unique patented design enhances heat distribution, evening color and reducing burns.
It is made from LFGB platinum food-safe silicone and is rated to 500F.
The BreadMat will reduce dark spots and encourage even baking on the bottom of your loaf, but if it still too dark after using The BreadMat, it is recommended to place a heavy baking sheet on the bottom rack of your oven to act as a heat shield to further reduce darkening and to protect your BreadMat from excessive heat.

I bought two different sized bread mats and they have come in so handy for putting my sourdough loaves in my Dutch Oven and in removing them from my Dutch Oven and Lodge Combo. These silicon slings are awesome. The website has a description of which one you would use for whatever pans you have so there is no guessing as to which one is best for your needs. I recommend the Bread Mat from Rosehill Sourdough.

I already have the round mats for my Lodge Combo Cookers but I bought the Challenger cast iron cooker and the Rosehill Sourdough Oval Bannetons so I needed the longer mats. They are so fantastic and have saved me reams of parchment paper. The design they leave on the bottom of the loaf is so pretty and I think the bottom crust is improved as well.

Love the mat. A bit pricier that what you will find on Amazon, however the quality is high. I wish I had bought 2 more. Could use them for sure! Excellent length for pulling out of deep Dutch ovens.
