The BreadMat™ is a reusable parchment paper replacement. It is shaped to fit the majority of popular baking vessels.
Strong handles make moving bread in and out of a hot oven easier and safer than using parchment.
The unique patented design enhances heat distribution, evening color and reducing burns.
It is made from LFGB platinum food-safe silicone and is rated to 500F.
The BreadMat will reduce dark spots and encourage even baking on the bottom of your loaf, but if it still too dark after using The BreadMat, it is recommended to place a heavy baking sheet on the bottom rack of your oven to act as a heat shield to further reduce darkening and to protect your BreadMat from excessive heat.

Great product and so much easier to use the bread mat than parchment paper. I love using my round wood pulp basket too. Thanks for the video tutorial on your bread. I made the sourdough III bread and love it.

I love these mats. More joy on my sourdough journey! I ordered the v2 to use in my Emile Henry cloche and they work perfectly. They are giving a nice even crust – better than the parchment paper I was using before. The delivery was quick and smooth to Canada.

I would solely recommend the BreadMats just to save a tree, the amount of parchment paper we went through. But it’s not an equal replacement to parchment. It was always a very scary travel from counter to hot pan with a thin paper supporting your precious bread dough.
The Bread Mat is such a safe place to put your dough on to place it into your pan.
We have 3 of them. Two for our round Lodges and the larger one for our Challenger.
This was such a needed invention. It cradles your loaf into your pan and seems to help it brown nice and I actually like the little round imprints on the bottom crust.
I immediately lay the Bread Mat in the sink and use the sprayer in the sink to rinse out all of the holes, shake it off and it air drys until the next time.

I have similar mats for cookie baking but they’re too large for my cast-iron bakeware. I was so happy when I found The BreadMat, I ordered two of the original mats. Then I saw the rectangular mat made for the Challenger pan. I have a CusiLand bread baker and the mat fits perfectly! Thank you, thank you for making these mats, I love them!

Well, you obviously do not need any additional stellar reviews, but I am so so pleased with the Bread Mat. It is my absolute favorite of all my breadmaking accoutrements! Don’t hesitate! This thing is wonderful. I ordered the Large because I bake a 2+lb loaf in either of two Emile Henry bakers, the Artisan Baker and the Pullman Loaf Baker, one very wide and the other very long. The mat works perfectly in both bakers but I am glad I got the longer “handles”. Bravo!!
