I love the spatulas, especially the smaller one. I use it along with pint canning jars to maintain my starter. The spatula is perfect stiffness. I use it to spoon out the flour and the starter, and then to mix everything together. Then I use it to clean the sides of my mason jar. Then it cleans so easily – great tool.
