These are the best! Love the mini size, I’ve literally been using a super large spatula for my small-ish starter for the last 5 years. This has been a minor change, but effectively a huge change since it’s so much easier to use! Highly recommend these spatulas.

I am a bit of a spatula collector … just by virtue of the fact that I love spatulas and I’m always on the lookout for the perfect one—flexible enough edge to really get at the curves of a bowl, strong enough to not crack with denser doughs and batters, easy to clean, all the things. Absolutely love this spatula set! Not only is the smaller one perfect for mixing my starter but the large one is so sturdy I can easily mix up a 1000g flour recipe with ease. The best part about using a spatula to mix your dough is that it works as a bowl scraper as well! Also, it is so much easier to clean than a dough whisk!
