I offer two shapes of proofing basket, a round and an oval . My go-to size is an 875g oval, but hey, some prefer the round!
The oval basket is for loaves 750 – 1000g (875g sweet spot)
The round is for loaves 650 – 900g (750g sweet spot)
*I have had many bakers bake 500g loaves in both and love them!
These are the only basket I use in my baking.
These wood pulp proofing baskets are hand made in Germany, so slight fluctuations in color and size basket to basket are expected.

Just wow. I did not expect such a difference. I was using a high-qualty rattan prior and this produced a much better crust and huge ears on the bread.

Good morning from WAY up here in chilly Alberta, Canada!
I recently purchased proofing baskets and bread mats from you and they arrived fairly quickly up here! I had been previously using proofing baskets from Amazon, they are a little bigger (10″ I believe) and I often felt a little frustrated with them and pulling the loaves out. So, I had seen your baskets several times on Tik Tok and thought ‘what the heck, treat yoself’! And it was SO worth it!!!!
I was a little nervous because they felt smaller, but oh my gosh they are PERFECT for my loaf sizes, and they really help build that shape overnight with my bulk ferment. I just baked off a boule this morning, and I am VERY happy with it and I think it looks “extra” great from the proofing basket!
I also like the Bread mat, it fits perfectly in my Le Creuset bread oven, I like that I am not fussing around with parchment paper now as well.
Thank you so much for creating such an amazing product, I will definitely be purchasing more to add to my arsenal!

I love that the dough does not stick! I put my other new wonderful tool- Rose Hill Bread Mat- on top of the dough and flip over with ease!
