    Love this ebook! As a newbie to sourdough during quarantine like many others, I was overwhelmed with all the information, methods and recipes found online. I enjoyed Mike’s Instagram feed and the knowledge he shared so I tried a couple of his recipes that he has on you tube. His method was so straightforward and not overwhelming for a newbie! I bought the ebook firstly to support all the free content he shares and was stunned at how many great recipes were included. I love how concise his directions are since so many I found were pages and pages of complicated steps that were so daunting. Every recipe I’ve made so far as turned out fantastic!
