    Self taught sourdough baker here. I’d had some pretty good success but used a very complex book for my initial leaning. There were some things I still didn’t get. These recipes are broken down so everything is easy and clear. The videos of the techniques were probably the biggest game changer for me.     Mike’s e-Book is exactly what every level of sourdough baker needs. I can’t tell you how many people I recommend this book to, for beginners to experienced bakers.     Great guide for sourdough baking. You can find many recipes for bread, pizza bagels etc. But for me personally recipes from the book are the best ones for my baking schedule. Especially for the home office 🙂
