It feels weird to love a spatula – but I do. They make scraping down the starter in my jars so much easier and cleaner. I’ve loved using them in my everyday cooking as well.

This may sound crazy, I thought I may like these spatulas; but I absolutely love them! Very strong, for mixing bread, and the small one is the perfect size for mixing the starter. I had others close to these sizes, but these are so much more useful for bread making.
