I’m a lazy sourdough starter user. Especially since my husband has switched to keto, my loafs last a long time and so my starter gets ignored in the fridge on a regular basis. I’ve had to toss my discard jar due to mold and almost lost my starter completely. I was thankfully able to save some and made to switch to a jar with this lid.
