We are well into our second year of a sourdough loaf/week. My job is the starter. It took me a while to “rise” to this position. We use the quart Mason jars. I first started with the Mason jar metal lids. Then switched to a plastic reusable lid I found at the grocery store. However, Mike’s starter lids are the way to go. I’d like snap verson for Weck jars too! Looks like would be good for storing my home roasted coffee beans and allow the CO2 to escape
