The BreadMat™ is a reusable parchment paper replacement. It is shaped to fit the majority of popular baking vessels.
Strong handles make moving bread in and out of a hot oven easier and safer than using parchment.
The unique patented design enhances heat distribution, evening color and reducing burns.
It is made from LFGB platinum food-safe silicone and is rated to 500F.
The BreadMat will reduce dark spots and encourage even baking on the bottom of your loaf, but if it still too dark after using The BreadMat, it is recommended to place a heavy baking sheet on the bottom rack of your oven to act as a heat shield to further reduce darkening and to protect your BreadMat from excessive heat.

I love this mat. So thin and easy to store since the cord separates. The only thing I wish was it to have a way to adjust the temperature.

I’m loving my new bread mats. They’re so easy to maneuver in and out of my combo cooker and I’m not going through mass amounts of parchment paper any longer. I’m glad I got two because I tend to bake two loaves at a time. I do recommend these for everyone. Plus, they arrived so quickly!

Just like everyone else is saying, this mat is great! I got the 2-pack to replace the parchment paper I had been using. I bake in an inverted Lodge dutch oven.; I flip the handles of the mat to the inside before putting the lid on, and they don’t get caught in the rim. Easy to lift the boule out at the end of baking, whereas, nine times out of ten, the parchment paper would get very fragile and rip as I lifted the bread out. And the mat washes up easily. So glad I got these!

I can’t imagine not having The Bread Mat if you make Sourdough bread!! It saves all the parchment paper you would otherwise waste so is much better environmentally, is sturdy, strong and safe to lift your dough into your DO, having either long or short handles, depending which pan you bake in. I place my dough directly from my Rosehill banneton onto my Bread Mat, score it and then left it, on the Bread Mat into my dutch oven. I love mine as it makes baking so much more safer and easier!!!
