I’ve been using the smaller jars which works 50% of the time and when I do anything over 20g starter, it pushes the lid up. It was time to upgrade to the larger jars and I just don’t have to worry about it with these lids. Love these great quality products from Mike!

Not only are these great for sourdough starters, but they are perfect for fermenting hot sauce! We’ve made two hot sauces with these lids that turned out perfectly! Can’t recommend these enough for multiple uses. Excellent design and easy to clean.
