Q: what’s better than #grilledcheese on freshly #baked #rosehillsourdough ?

A: not a whole lot!

This was made with my go to blend of smoked Gouda and medium cheddar. Cheese pulls for days.

This was made on my favorite new bread recipe, what I’m calling the RHSD v2. It’s that overnight autolyse recipe I’ve been telling you about and is going to be in the next release of the ebook.

I’m ironing out the logistics of that ebook launch and it will be out soon! I was going to launch it yesterday but hit some snags on the backend to make sure v5 owners easily get the update for free.
