Pineapple on pizza, always!

A little slice of summer ☀️

We had some amazing sunshine yesterday so I had to toss some pineapple on a pie.

Olive oil, granulated garlic, shredded mozz, fresh mozz, orange bell pepper, pineapple, finished with lime, cilantro, and a healthy sprinkling of red pepper flake and some finishing salt.

Could have used some more heat, jalapeños next time, but otherwise it was 😙👌
