In the latest version of the ebook released last month, I included a new recipe called “Enriched Sandwich Loaf”
This recipe uses milk and butter to make a super soft classic “white bread” loaf BUT is also incredibly versatile.
There’s been folks who have easily veganized the recipe with non dairy alternatives AND it also lends itself well to all kinds of different flours.
Here I used an equal parts combo of @cotswoldflour white bread flour, wholemeal bread flour, wholemeal spelt, and 8 grain bread flour. Helllloooooo fiber 😂
