48 hour #sourdough made with @cotswoldflour (Churchill)
(It could have got 24 more hours but my fam wanted pizza tonight 🤷‍♂️)

The sauce is canned, I admit. But I only use one canned sauce, @muttipomodoroit . It’s the best

I topped with some salted and halved pearl mozzarella (sometimes called ciliegine or bocconcini. They are all slightly different in size but all about the same. These are called “pearl” but I’d say they are more properly bocconcini size than actual perlini. Semantics 🤷‍♂️)

Then just some fresh basil, a little olive oil, and I finished it with some @maldonsalt

Cooked with oak at 450C (850F) stone temp for about 80 seconds in my @oonihq

No better way to end a beautiful sunny day! ☀️
