This has been my go to lately, my standard recipe scaled up a bit to use 430g of flour and baked in a 10×14 pan.
Topping are yellow onion petals, rosemary, olive oil, and @maldonsalt (always)
Always thick cut your onions and toss any toppings in olive oil to prevent burning
