What a #pizza this was today!
Remember that @ottolenghi marinated feta I recommended?
Well I used the oil from that as my base sauce, added a little granulated garlic, some shredded mozz, the marinated feta the I broke up into smaller chunks, and added some spicy chilies I picked recently. I baked that in @oonihq #oonipro then hit it with some cilantro and a little @bee_and_bonnetuk hot honey.
Acid on point ✅
This is a winner and will be doing regularly!
